🧴 Recommended Use & Instructions

• Wet your skin (face or body) with lukewarm water.  
• Take a small amount of scrub and gently massage in circular motions for about 1–3 minutes.

• Use 2–3 times per week — enough to exfoliate without over-stripping skin.
